Terms of service
How we take on studio work and e-citizen facilitation — including fees, timelines, and the limits of what a private desk can do.
31 August 2026. The quote you sign or accept in writing sits on top of these terms.
1. Agreement
These terms apply when you use this website, request a quote, or engage Creative Crafts Solutions for creative, software, marketing or facilitation work. A written quote, invoice or email confirmation can add project-specific terms. If those conflict with this page, the written confirmation wins for that job.
Studio: Westlands Business Centre, Waiyaki Way, Nairobi, Kenya. info@creativecrafts.cc. +254742181444.
2. Quotes and prices
Prices on service pages are indicative starting points, not a binding offer. A quote is valid for the period stated on it (or 14 days if none is stated), in Kenyan shillings or US dollars, and covers the scope described. Work outside that scope is a new quote. Government statutory fees are never part of a studio “from” price unless we say so in writing.
3. Your responsibilities
You will provide timely feedback, accurate information, and access (hosting, brand files, logins, product, locations) needed to do the work. Delays on your side push delivery dates. You confirm you have the right to use materials you give us.
4. Studio delivery
We deliver professional work matching the agreed scope. Timelines in a quote assume you respond in a reasonable time. We may use trusted subcontractors under our direction. We do not guarantee a particular commercial result (sales, rankings, or campaign performance) unless a written agreement says otherwise.
5. Intellectual property
Until invoices for the relevant phase are paid, we retain rights in the work we create. After payment, you receive the licence or assignment described in the quote (typically use of final brand, site or film deliverables for your business). We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Tools, code libraries and methods we already own stay ours.
6. Payment
Unless the quote says otherwise, a deposit is due before production starts. Later stages or the balance are due on the dates in the invoice. Late payment can pause work. Receipts and invoices are issued from the studio admin system.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel in writing. Work already done and costs already committed (stock, crew, bookings, government fees we have paid on your instruction) remain payable. Deposits are applied to that work; they are not automatically refundable in full once production has started.
8. e-Citizen and government facilitation
Creative Crafts Solutions offers a private facilitation service. We are not the Government of Kenya, eCitizen, KRA, NTSA, Immigration, BRS or any public body. We do not issue licences, PINs, passports, permits or certificates.
- Applications are submitted on official portals. The agency decides approval, rejection, extra documents and processing time.
- Statutory / government fees are paid to government. Our facilitation fee is separate, confirmed in writing before we start, and is for our time and process — not for “buying” an outcome.
- You remain the applicant. You are responsible for true and complete information. We will not file details we know are false.
- We do not guarantee a result, an appointment slot, or a government turnaround.
- We are not a substitute for an advocate where the matter needs legal advice.
More plain-language detail is in the e-citizen FAQ and on the E-citizen Services (GoK) page.
9. Website use
Do not misuse this site (break security, scrape in an abusive way, or submit spam). Content is for general information. Quotes and filings need a direct conversation with the studio.
10. Liability
To the extent Kenyan law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss (lost profit, data, or reputation) or for delays and decisions made by government agencies, hosts, or third-party platforms. Our total liability for a given job is limited to the fees you paid us for that job. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including fraud).
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data from this website is described in the Privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Courts of Kenya have jurisdiction, without limiting either party’s right to seek urgent relief where the law allows.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Existing signed quotes keep the terms in force when they were accepted, unless we both agree otherwise.
Questions: info@creativecrafts.cc or contact the studio.
If the terms make sense, send the brief.
We will come back with scope, timeline and a quote in KES or USD — and flag anything that sits outside this page.
